Yes, You Can Lose Weight Without Counting Calories! Counting calories is difficult and time-consuming, and only represents one side of the weight loss equation. WeightWare takes a different approach, made possible by the development of accurate digital scales and advanced statistical analysis. Instead of having to record the calorie content of every meal and snack you eat or drink, you only need to weigh yourself once every day or so, and record your weight in WeightWare. WeightWare will then instantly analyze your weight history, and show you the true underlying trend patterns In addition to tracking your weight, WeightWare will also track your Exercise activities, and other key health indicators, including blood pressure, resting heart rate, body measurements, etc. Each daily health record also includes a field for free-form Notes that you can use as a diary.
